1- Cleansing

Cleansing is also essential for your body and only daily bath isn’t enough. You have to invest some time for body cleansing treatments.

2- Toning

It didn’t mean to use a gel or toning water. Through cleansing it is a hard session of body, but when we talk about face toning means finishing of the residual of make-up and dirt of the face. It also closes the tiny pores of the skin.

3- Moisturizing

The sunscreen protects us from sun rays. Surely these are the sun rays that cause heavy damages to our skin and put premature facial wrinkles on our face. So it is necessary to take a sunscreen in our daily life throughout the year. A SPF-50 is the best for the purpose.

For our betterment elders always say valuable and wise things, but they seem not so wise to day. Our mother and grandmother also passed down some rules, which may be overruled.

1-Brushing hair

It is not necessary to brush your hair 100 times as advice by your grandmother. By this practice unwanted stress will be formed and your hair may loose from their sockets, rather than becoming healthy. Too much brushing may break them. Brush your hair only twice a day or at time when you are willing to attend any party.

2- Matching lip liner for longer color

When it came into being it was used for longer color, but now the usage has change entirely. You don’t take the risk in the final finishing with a clumsy outline around your lips. 3- Drink more water for glowing skin, but…

The doctors prescribe at least to take 12 glass of water in a day; it will keep you fresh and healthy and glow your skin. However, remember the fact that doesn’t go beyond the limits. The increase in taking will make trouble and the bathroom visits will increase enormously. Maybe it put a bad effect on your body and on your skin.

4- Lathering hair is harmful

Remember that hair shaft is delicate and more lathering will strip essential oils, which is harmful. Don’t wash away all the natural oil which provides it shining and charm.

5- File nails from one side only

Do it in a delicate manner, because if you are using a rough file and making a lot of friction, it will cause an impact on the health of your nails. 6. After taking a bath try to dry your hair by a towel and take natural air, but not the dryers. The dryers and hair drying tools produce an extensive heat which evaporates the protective layers from your hair. If for time saving you are using such tools, then use such hair products that could give you a full protection against enormous heat.

7. Everyday washing is not a good practice, because it dries your hair. Use cold water for rinsing.

8. For feeling freshness and cleanliness use some talcum powder to your oily scalp, and then brush it out.

9. The powerful rays of sun penetrate in the material you are using to cover your hair, so avoid it and use sun protection products.

10. If you are willing to have wavy hair without using any tool, then after washing them rub the hair with serum and braid them. After drying your hair completely open the braid. Your hair will become naturally wavy.

11. To keep your body cool, clean and fresh use ample of water daily. Eight glasses of water /day will do well, especially during summer. It will also make your hair clean.

12. If your hair is looking dull and limp, take a shampoo and conditioner with moisturizer, it will make your hair shining.

13. If your hair is flat you want to make them wavy, and then roll them in big rollers. Leave them for an hour and when you are leaving remove them. Your hair will become wavy and curly for the party.

14. Aloe Vera and milk proteins promote the healthy growth of hair. It also goes deep and gives strength to the shafts of hair.

15. If your hair is flat, then don’t touch greasy products such as wax and pomade, they will make your hair heavy. Go for shorter hair style, make them curly, wavy and put layers in your hair. It will give them strength for lasting.

6- Seeds: Seeds are full of fiber and rich in fatty acid, so if you are not taking fish take seeds or at least cook your foods in seed oil. The seed makes your skin harmful and attractive.

7- Peaches: It is a good source of Vitamin A and C and contains fiber, especially if eaten with the peel. Doctors recommend eating peaches to avoid acute infectious disease anemia, reduce cholesterol in blood, prevention of cardiovascular and renal diseases. This is why its extract are used in moisturizes and other skin products.

8- Red and purple foods: The antioxidants help to flow the blood properly and smoothly under the skin and keeps it clean. The red foods and vegetables like red carrots, beet root, turnip, black grapes and pomegranates provides you a large amount of antioxidants, so try it and make yourself fresh and glimmering.
